The Summary Report

Results from the Talent Insights MAP (Multi Assessment Profile) can be viewed in three different Report formats: Summary, Personal, Executive.

The Summary Report condenses the essence of three comprehensive assessments into a one-page overview, complete with intuitive graphs. This report serves as a versatile tool, ideal for:

• Pre-Meeting Review: Quickly refresh your understanding of an individual.
• Workspace Display: Foster a culture of openness and mutual understanding by sharing your core strengths and preferences.
• Sharing with Others: Enhance collaboration by providing colleagues with a glimpse into your assessment outcomes.

To view the Summary Report, click the name of the participant to open their profile. In the ‘MAP Reports’ section on the right, click “Summary Report”.

Note: To share this report, you can copy and paste the link from your browser’s address bar into an email or text message.
