The Executive Report

Results from the Talent Insights MAP (Multi Assessment Profile) can be viewed in three different Report formats: Summary, Personal, Executive.

The Executive Report enables a nuanced understanding of a candidate’s strengths, potential challenges, and how they can best contribute to the team and organization:

• Executive Summary: a quick snapshot of the candidate’s personality traits, behavioral styles, and professional interests.
• Role Considerations: Potential benefits and challenges the candidate could bring to a position.
• Teaming with Others: Strengths and potential friction the candidate might bring to a team.
• Management Strategy: Tailored advice on managing the candidate.
• Structured Interview Questions: Crafted to explore aspects of the candidate’s profile.

To view the Executive Report, click the name of the participant to open their profile. In the ‘MAP Reports’ section on the right, click “Executive Report”.
