Assigning Managers to Participants

The Access Level “Manager” allows the user to log into your Account and view the profiles of participants to whom they are assigned as their Manager. A Manager cannot view profiles of participants to whom they are not assigned as a Manager.

If you use the Send a MAP feature to create a participant, and assign a Manager to them, the assigned Manager will receive an email notification once that participant completes their assessment. This can be useful if the participant is a job candidate, and you want the Manager to have access to their results while preparing to conduct an interview.

Note: A Manager must be created as a user in your Account before they can be assigned to another participant.

Edit a User Profile to make Manager assignment …

• Click on ‘All Active MAPs’ in the left sidebar
• Click the name of the user you wish to edit
• Click the Edit icon
• To make the user a Manager: Click the Access drop-down menu and select “Manager”
• To assign the user to a Manager: Click the Manager drop-down menu and select desired name
• Click ‘Save All’ after all changes are complete

Assign a Manager when creating a new participant…

• Click on ‘Send a MAP’ in the left sidebar
• To make the user a Manager: Click the Access Level drop-down menu and select “Manager”
• To assign the user to a Manager: Click the Manager drop-down menu and select desired name
• Fill out the rest of the ‘Participant Information form
• Click ‘Send’
