  • Initiation: The anonymization request must originate from the Client that purchased the Assessment.
  • Procedure: Talent Insights will undertake the anonymization process, ensuring thorough removal of personal identifiers, thus converting the data into a non-identifiable format.
  • Result: The anonymized data, no longer linked to individual identities, remains useful for aggregate analysis and organizational insights, in line with data use rights.
